Ad valorem taxes are evaluated each year and appeal is made when there is reasonable cause for reduction. Insurance coverage and costs are also evaluated each year, or more often if changes in property status warrants.
Inspections of fire protection equipment and repairs are kept up-to-date and
fire departments are encouraged to upgrade. Insurance ratings for buildings and
sprinkler systems are verified as well as other procedures, which keep insurance
costs at a minimum. ADA compliance inspections are done periodically and recommendations
made to owners for needed upgrades. |
